Digital Marketing Account Manager

The Digital Marketing Account Manager will be joining the Marketing & Communication Department of BE.
You be part of the day-to-day operations and interactions with clients ensuring that the department’s strategic objectives and goals are achieved.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides consulting regarding digital marketing and communication to the clients of the department.
  • Manages clients’ relationships and expectations by ensuring the timely and successful delivery of all allocated client campaigns and engagements are on brief, on time, on budget and against KPIs align them with upcoming deliverables.
  • Manages the formulation and implementation of effective digital marketing campaigns, programs & initiatives. 
  • Proactively detects issues, improves, informs and re-strategizes running campaigns.
  • Manages any projects assigned to a successful completion.
  • Communicates with customers throughout the contract lifecycle with a full understanding of their needs, business model and marketing strategy.
  • Identifies and capitalizes on digital marketing trends, social media tools, applications, channels and acquires the necessary knowledge and insight to keep clients’ strategies up to date.
  • Manages campaign budgets by estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies. 
  • Analyzes various databases and online analytics tools (such as Google Analytics).

 

Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Good business acumen and ability to act based on marketing and business objectives.
  • Very good understanding of the complex digital landscape in respect to digital marketing.
  • Excellent knowledge of the use of  Social Media Platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc)
  • Very good in the use of Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.
  • Proficient in the use of  Adwords and Facebook advertising platforms
  • Knowledge in the use of Adform, Yandex, LinkedIn advertising platforms will be a plus
  • Good understanding of Search Engine Optimization principles
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to time manage and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in Greek and English
